Why you're a bad salesperson (or recruiter)

Happy 2018! It has been a while since I’ve had an opportunity to write anything. The holidays, the start of a new work year, and a one year old will do that to you. January is an exciting time. I’ve been doing some thinking. For those of you who know me, you know this is typically cause for alarm.
